4月3日,由貴旅集團(tuán)與香港專(zhuān)業(yè)旅運(yùn)集團(tuán)組織的旅游高鐵專(zhuān)列從香港西九龍順利抵達(dá)貴陽(yáng)北站,450位香港游客跟隨知名主持人陳貝兒,開(kāi)啟為期5天的多彩貴州之旅。

On April 3, a high-speed rail tourist charter jointly organized by Guizhou Tourism Group and Hong Kong Travel Expert Limited arrived smoothly at Guiyang North Railway Station from Hong Kong West Kowloon. A total of 450 Hong Kong visitors, accompanied by well-known host Janis Chan, began a five-day journey through colorful Guizhou.

剛剛陳貝兒而言,就把對(duì)這片土地的第一份深刻印象,落在了“吃”上。在她看來(lái),貴州很大,一天當(dāng)然走不完,但走進(jìn)貴州,總能先被這一口獨(dú)特的好味道打動(dòng)。

For Janis Chan, her first strong impression of the province came from its food. In her view, Guizhou is far too large to fully explore in a single day, but visitors can still be immediately won over by its distinctive flavors.


貴州的吸引力從來(lái)不只在于看得見(jiàn)的風(fēng)景,也在于那些能被舌尖直接感知的地方風(fēng)味。每一次來(lái)到貴州,她都能從餐桌和小吃中感受到這片土地鮮活而生動(dòng)的一面。陳貝兒表示,自己多次到訪貴州,印象最深刻的就是這里的美食。貴州味道有著非常鮮明的地方特色,既濃郁,又有層次,往往一入口就能讓人記住。無(wú)論是日常餐食,還是旅途中偶遇的一道地方小吃,都帶著貴州獨(dú)特的山地氣息和生活溫度。對(duì)她來(lái)說(shuō),這種帶著煙火氣的味覺(jué)記憶,恰恰構(gòu)成了貴州最有辨識(shí)度的一面。
Guizhou's appeal lies not only in the landscapes people can see, but also in the local tastes they can experience directly. Every time she visits Guizhou, she says, she can feel the liveliness and authenticity of the place through its meals and street snacks. The food has a highly recognizable local character. It is rich,l ayered, and memorable from the very first bite. Whether it is an everyday dish or a local snack discovered along the way, it carries the mountain spirit and human warmth of Guizhou. To her, this kind of flavorful, down-to-earth culinary memory is exactly what makes Guizhou so distinctive.


她特別提到,自己很喜歡貴州的特產(chǎn),包括折耳根、刺梨等。折耳根風(fēng)味獨(dú)特,刺梨則有著鮮明的酸甜口感,這些對(duì)外地游客來(lái)說(shuō)頗具地方特色的食材和物產(chǎn),在她看來(lái),正是貴州味道最真實(shí)的代表。正因?yàn)樽銐颡?dú)特,所以更讓人難忘;也正因?yàn)閹еr明的地域印記,才更容易讓游客通過(guò)“吃”來(lái)記住貴州。

She especially mentioned that she likes a number of Guizhou specialties, including yuxingcao, also known as fish mint, and chestnut rose. Fish mint has a very distinctive flavor, while chestnut rose is known for its bright sweet-and-sour taste. In her view, these ingredients and local products, which may feel highly specific to the region for outside visitors, are among the truest expressions of Guizhou's flavors. Their uniqueness is precisely what makes them unforgettable, and their strong sense of place makes food one of the easiest ways for visitors to remember Guizhou.


此次帶著450多位香港朋友來(lái)到貴州,陳貝兒也希望大家在欣賞春山花海、體驗(yàn)民族風(fēng)情的同時(shí),能夠通過(guò)一口口地道風(fēng)味,更真切地感受貴州的魅力。山水讓人向往,文化讓人駐足,而美食,則常常是讓人一下子就記住一座城、喜歡上一片土地的開(kāi)始。走進(jìn)貴州,先被這一口好味道“拿捏”,或許正是很多游客共同的感受。

This time, as she traveled with more than 450 Hong Kong visitors to Guizhou, Janis Chan said she hoped that while enjoying the spring mountains, flower-filled landscapes, and ethnic culture, they would also come to appreciate Guizhou more deeply through its authentic local flavors. Landscapes inspire longing, and culture invites people to linger, but food is often what makes people remember a place instantly and begin to fall in love with it. For many visitors, stepping into Guizhou may begin with being won over by a single unforgettable taste.
