在貴州省黔東南州從江縣的大山里，流傳著一句瑤族諺語：“板瑤好洗澡，生來用藥浴”。這里說的，正是被列入國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名錄的從江瑤族藥浴。對當(dāng)?shù)厝硕?，這不僅是一種生活習(xí)慣，更是一套傳承了數(shù)百年的養(yǎng)生智慧。

In the mountains of Congjiang, Qiandongnan, a Yao saying goes:“The Banyao love to bathe and are born for herbal baths.”It refers to the Congjiang Yao medicinal bath, now a national intangible cultural heritage. For locals, it is not just a habit but centuries-old wellness wisdom.

 

從江瑤浴的精髓，在于其獨特的草本配方?，幾迦送ǔ仙讲杉习俜N野生草藥，如血藤、追風(fēng)傘、半邊楓等。這些草藥并非隨意組合，而是會根據(jù)不同季節(jié)、不同人的身體狀況進(jìn)行配比，放入大鍋精心熬制成藥湯。整個過程，凝結(jié)著瑤族人對本地植物的認(rèn)知，也體現(xiàn)了他們與自然和諧相處的智慧。

The heart of the Congjiang Yao bath lies in its herbal formula. Yao villagers collect hundreds of wild herbs from the mountains.
