2025年12月6日至8日，貴州省第二屆姑媽籃球邀請賽在雷山縣木鼓廣場舉行。來自荔波小七孔、西江千戶苗寨、肇興侗寨等地的九支代表隊齊聚于此，為苗鄉(xiāng)冬日增添了別樣的活力。這項由當(dāng)?shù)孛缱鍕D女發(fā)起、憑借“抱著籃球也能奔跑”的特色規(guī)則而廣受喜愛的賽事，再次吸引了各方目光。

From December 6 to 8, the second Guizhou Auntie Basketball Invitational took place at Mugu Square in Leishan. Launched by local Miao women and known for its playful“run-with-the-ball”rule, the event drew wide attention once again. Nine teams from Libo, Xijiang, Zhaoxing and other areas gathered here, bringing fresh energy to the winter season.

“抱著球跑、快樂就好”——貴州姑媽籃球賽這條打破常規(guī)的設(shè)定，讓籃球回歸到最本真的快樂：沒有復(fù)雜規(guī)則的束縛，每個人都能盡情享受奔跑與協(xié)作的樂趣。正是這份“不設(shè)限”，讓不同年齡、各行各業(yè)的鄉(xiāng)村女性都能自信地走上球場，成為賽場的主角。

“Run with the ball, as long as you’re happy”— this simple rule returns basketball to pure fun. Without strict regulations, everyone can enjoy running and teamwork. This freedom allows women of all ages and backgrounds to step onto the court with confidence and become the stars of the game.

場上，身著民族服飾的隊員們奮力拼搶；場下，長凳、臺階早已被鄉(xiāng)親和游客坐滿。比賽間隙，悠揚的苗族飛歌與蘆笙表演如期而至；每晚賽事落幕，全場便不約而同蹦起歡快的“苗迪”。運動的節(jié)奏、音樂的節(jié)拍與觀眾的熱情，在此時融為一體。

On the court, players in traditional attire fought hard; off the court, every seat and step was filled. During breaks, Miao songs and lusheng music set the mood. Each night after the games, the crowd joined in a lively“Miao disco,”blending sport, music, and community energy.

賽場之外，同步展開的“姑媽集市”人氣十足。雷山銀球茶、臘肉、苗繡銀飾等特色物產(chǎn)琳瑯滿目，集中展銷。這不僅讓游客一站式體驗地道風(fēng)物，更將賽事匯聚的人氣，直接轉(zhuǎn)化為鄉(xiāng)親們看得見的收益。

Outside the court, the“Auntie Market”buzzed with activity. Local teas, cured meats, embroidery, and silverwork filled the stalls. Visitors enjoyed one-stop shopping, and the strong foot traffic turned directly into income for local families.

在西江千戶苗寨，省外游客與“姑媽”們一同打卡苗族長桌宴、高山流水。

據(jù)悉，2024年及2025年期間，雷山縣相繼舉辦六次“姑媽籃球”大型賽事，累計吸引全網(wǎng)200億人次關(guān)注，帶動當(dāng)?shù)芈糜?、餐飲消費增長30%。從一項村寨自發(fā)的文體活動，到聯(lián)動多地、廣受關(guān)注的特色賽事，“姑媽籃球”正以它質(zhì)樸的快樂，展現(xiàn)著鄉(xiāng)土生活中蓬勃的生命力。

Between 2024 and 2025, Leishan hosted six major Auntie Basketball events, drawing 20 billion online views and boosting tourism and dining by 30%. What began as a village activity has grown into a widely recognized regional event, showcasing the vibrant spirit of rural life through simple, genuine joy.
